Help me! My strikers can`t score

I`ve tryed all the 4-4-2 tactics I have found and now I`m playing with a homemade 4-4-2 tactic. The only problem is that my strikers can`t score more than about 8-10 goals in 40 games whoever I use. They normaly have lots of opportunitis.

I am coaching Blackburn and some of the players I have is:
Duff, Dyer, Shearer, Aghahowa, Cisse, Crouch, Kiegan Parker.

I think that my team looks very good and my midfielders do score enough to keep us in the midtables. Is there someone who knows what the problem is?

Maybe your strikers are not getting enough service from your midfield.

You need good midfeilders with high creativity and passing attributes.Or simply buy Nikiforenko and play him inbehind your 2 strikers he works wonders.Or you could buy arjen robben he plays up front and scores and makes alot of assists.

I would say that 6 strikers scoring 8 goals each is the same as 2 strikers scoring 24 each per year. Just because you don't have individual stars doesn't mean the team isn't good.

The Midfield

Hi! I`m sorry but I`m not used to this kind of conversaition.

I don`t think that my midfielders are the problem.

LM: Daimien Duff, MCL: David Dunn, MCR: Roy Keane, MR: Kieron Dyer.

I think this should be a good enough midfield, don´t you???

This is how they work: ML+MR Foward runs with and without the ball and crossing. Mixed passing

MCL: Forw. runs with and without the ball. Holding up the ball. Trough balls. Mixed passing

MCR: Long shoots and short passing

Do you think that there`s anything wrong with this??

Do you know how to alter the strikers position on the "with and without the ball screen" to make them more effective??

y dont u try playing duff or dunn as an attcaking midfeilder just behind the 2 strikers making forward runs.

When i have tryed that kind of formation it tends to get a bit unstable at the defence. Or do you mean some kind 4-4-2-diamond. I think this is the back- and frontside of the 4-4-2 formation.

Wat kind of tactic are you using??

I play a 3-4-3 with a withdrawn striker with my man u and i gave up the fewest goals in the league.

The key is to have good ball winners in the center of the pitch and three defenders who can mark like madmen.

The withdrawn AMC gets TONS of chances and, if he is creative, can get tons of assists too....

You don't even need a lot of money for these 2 strikers
1. Maxim Tsigalko: the best player in the world after only 2-3 seasons (REALLY YOUNG)...
2. Michalka (The Romanian) him and Tsigalko are CAN'T BE STOPPED they're probably the best unknown strikers in the world!!!!!

Answer to your problems

From what I have heard you have some great strikers. I would put cisse FLC and Crouch FRC , or Crouch FLC and Agawoha FRC whatever happens just make your FLC mark the keeper and he should score goals, you have to have classy wingers so put duff and dyer.
