Help Need - All Kitmakers Please Read

I am making a a roster update, which includes classic teams, and i help to make the kits for these teams, i am not a kitmaker, so i wouldn't know where to start, so co-operation would be appricated, also leave suggestions to whom should be in the classic teams (from anywhere, any period).

not the 1994 mexican national team
