!!Game Crash!!Help Needed!!

HI, ive got a problem. when i press continue after ive finished a game in fifa 2003 the game just freezes. any ideas what it is ?please help this is really annoying thanks.

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.69GHz
Windows XP Professional
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440
there are no reasons why the game should be crashing please help me

Again close ALL firewalls and virus detectors from ctrl+alt+del close as many progs as possible.
