Help: Sheffield Wednesday

Hi im very new to PES6

Im wondering what Sheffield Wednesday stuff is out for it. i have noticed Hillsborough about here.

I aint got a clue how to install it all can soeone help me by Sending me anything to do with Sheffield Wednesday. Cheers
