help with 16bit colour

hi i tried using demo expander and using 16 bit colour as this makes cutscenes and gameplay seem much smoother but the problem i have is that the names of teams and radar is about 1/2 way up the screen and really small, as soon as i change back to 32 bit its all fine again.

is there anyway to play in 16 bit colour with the team names etc looking there normal size and in correct place?
