I added a championship,a cup and a supercup.In the Supercup plays the winner of the championship and the winner of the cup.And if I win the championship and a cup with the same team in the supercup are the same teams playing.I saw in Barclays Premiership if I win the cup and the championship the Comunity Shield will be with the champion and the second place,how can I do the same with my championship?

You can't. This is a limitation of of the database structure used to describe the tournaments. The same problem happens with UEFA Champions' Leage and UEFA Cup. The different management of the Community Shield is probably embedded in the FIFA 08 executable.
