Help with D-PAD!!!

I just bought Logitech dual action but in PES3. When i press down button it is mostly it will be pressed down and left or right button and that makes the player change direction easily. Anyway to use just 4 buttons like PS2.

If I understand your problem right, try to recalibrate your gamepad from the control panel. It worked for me, I have the same game pad.
