Help With Editing Players

i am a newbie and need help.
I want to change the potential of Erik Lamela of 86 to 89 and change the budget of Rome. I do it with DBMaster 12, I keep it but when I enter the game changes are not made.
There a tutorial on how to do this?

I think it's because of the matchday feature, it's really difficult to make the changes effective, try to disable the matchday feature and let origin in offline mode, anyways, even if it doesn't work,...FORZA ROMA

There are several threads devoted to struggles with getting DBM 12 going. It does work, absolutely, but there's a check list of things you have to look out for. Otherwise DBM 12 won't work, or your edits won't stick, or they won't show up in-game. Check the editing forum.
