help with font

can someone please help me
i want to know what font this is
i tried the myfonts.com and another one, but i don`t get any result
i want to try to make a font for fifa 2003 for it, cause we already have nike, adidas etc. on the board, but no kappa

Anyway lotto's font is very similar to kappa's one, that's why I use the lotto font also for my roma shirts...
