Help with Tournaments in Manager Mode

Hi mates, I've searched in the forum for something like this but I didn't find anything.
I'm currently playing a career in manager mode and last season I won the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Cup. As you may know, the League winners are going to play Champions League while the Scottish Cup winners are going to play the UEFA Cup in the next season.
Well, my FIFA doesn't crash, but the game let my team play the CL and the UEFA Cup together in the same season! :f***:
I edited the two tournaments adding some more teams but I didn't change the vital data about the stages, when they're played, etc.
Is there any way to fix this?

You can check that with CM08, in the tournament mode you have to check the way to qualified scotish team for both UEFA and CL....

Hi all,

New to Fifa08 (PS3) but have had some problems in manager mode. Between games, loading phase takes ages and game doesn't load up as normal. Any ideas?

Well, it's quite simple: the winner of the SPL takes part to the preliminary stage of Champions League, while the 2nd placed in the SPL and the winner of the Scottish cup take part to the Preliminary stage of the UEFA Cup. So if you win them both you could (theorically) take part to both the European cups! In the previous FIFAs anyway, the game recognized you've qualified for the Champions League so it won't let your team play the UEFA Cup.

Previous Fifa's had the same problem. Surely 2005, 06 and 07

Ok then, one solution could be to use MM08 (from Rinaldo), I think you can change directly your career file...
