On the front of the sleeves in the photo is clearly a block of light blue colour
On the pes3 kit it is clearly not the same.
As for the green transparency problem, its better to use a colour that won't stand out as much, any dark colour that isnt used in the rest of the kit will do.

I see what u mean now, it`s like that, the picture (if i`m right) is a bit wrong, the trim has to be in the same style as the adidas lines
