Hex Edit Pattern & Turfs, Grass for PES 2008

I doesn´t like the new Konami Style with Chees and Circle Pattern and also the Standart Pattern looks terrible, so i try a little bit with a Hex Editor:
Read the Instruction at the End carefully

proundly present:



New Hex Edit Pattern (FCH) & Turf by Frenkie

This is a new Hex Edit File to use the old pattern style from PES 6

Install in cv_1.img with ASF Explorer

1. Open AFS Explorer
2. Go to menu FILE - IMPORT AFS File
3. In the dialog window go to last combo box and select ALL FILES
4. From your PES 2008 img folder open cv_1.img
5. Answer NO to questions and the file will be opened.
6. Go to ->Advanced-->Modify reserved Space
7. Scoll down and mark file unnamed_383.bin
8. in upper right corner set the Space up to: 7661568
9. Click Regenerated ASF
10. Select the new Name use: cv_1a.img and save anywhere

Close ASF Explorer

Open GGS 7.18

1. Open the new Generated cv_1a.img
2. Scoll down to unnamed_383.bin
3. Wait till all image are load
3. Right click on unnamed_383.bin and use: Import file over this one...
4. use the new unnamed_383.bin from the zip you have download
5. if message popups: This files contents different from the selected one...
click YES
6. Files are imported
7. Now rename cv_1a.img back to cv_1.img and copy them to /img Folder(Save the old one)

Note: Be sure you use in stadium settings this:

Konami Stadium
Day Fine
Lattice Pattern
Use High Settings, they are No Patterns with Medium or Low Settings !

You can also use on other Slots for other Stadiums or for Night Fine, but you have to use every time Lattice Pattern

i found out if you replace the Image File No.11 with the Alpha Pattern and made Image No.20 tranparent(take the Transparent Image from Image No.95) you become a good Pattern without Chees

But lines are not 100% but its a beginning



Here is the .bin it´s for Bernabeu Night Fine, but you can replace over all slots for Bernabeu.

Beginn at: unnamed_509.bin (Day Fine)
End at: unnamed_544.bin (Night Fine)

whoah this is really a great turf man! but honestly i don't know how to import the file without any detail tutorial. can you make a tutorial for this (perhaps attach with some images for better explanation)? thanks in advance! :)

Stadium/Turf(Grass)/Pattern Package for:

- Konamistadium
- Olympico Roma
- Santiago Bernabeu
- San Siro
+ realistic Adboards (San Siro,Olympico,Bernabeu) and all other Stadiums




Works with all Weather Settings(Day Fine, Day Rain, Evening Fine, Evening Rain, Night Fine, Night Rain)

Note:
This is only work on High settings and Lattice Pattern. No Way
for medium or Low Settings at the moment,waiting for Lodmixer. If the Green to bright or to dark, you can use the Colorsettings in the Game ;) Again, use the Lattice Turf Grain to have a Turf like the Pis above





How to install ?

You need AFS Explorer include this .zip

1. Extract Stadiumpack V1
2. Start AFS Explorer and go to menu FILE - IMPORT AFS File
3. In the dialog window go to last combo box and select ALL FILES
4. From your PES 2008 img folder open cv_1.img (backup it first)
5. Go to Action > Import Folder and choose the folder with the unpacked files.
6. Answer Yes to questions and the file will be opened.
7. In the dialog window go to last combo box and select ALL FILES
8. Now save the "cv_1.img" as for example "cv_1new.img"
9. Wait for end of rebulding and answer Yes to the next questions
and the file will reloaded
10. Close AFS Explorer
11. Remove your old "cv_1.img" and rename the new "cv_1new.img" back to "cv_1.img"
And copy them into /img Folder where you have install PES2008

This is the stuff I've tried to find since the release of pes2008. I think Konami should grant something valuable to (FCH) & Frenkie.

With 'New Hex Edit Pattern (FCH) & Turf by Frenkie' PES2008 is better than the its original.

p.s

Though, thinking the work's still improving more as some pattern is too bright and not so natural.
Now waiting for the next more greater ones.

yes. the green is way too bright and looks unnatural, just as you said.

but atleast now we have better ones than the konami ones. thanks FCH and frenkie.
