No you can't. Actually, you can't modify the PS2 game (until proven wrong)

Where do we place the patch when we run it ? I placed it in the main FIFA 2004 folder. When we run it, it say's the hidden face patch will be installed into the following directory, and that is of course where ever you running the patch set up/ exe from. Thank's for hard work, regardless!

Yeah right, you SHOULD get his face but his face SUCKS ingame
His face in 2003 was much better, I wonder why they changed it completely around cause this is not good at all IMO.
