"Hidden Faces Patch" ruined my game!!!!!

Hello, I downloaded the "Hidden Faces Patch for FIFA 2004" patch. I ran the installer and installed the patch in the default directory (Program Files/EA Sports/FIFA 2004). The patch installed "successfully", but when I start a friendly, the game turns off. After choosing kits and after the lineups for the teams show, the game crashes back to my desktop during the loading screen. Either how can I fix this, or uninstall this patch? Thank you.

When i had a duron 1200 processor (about same as urs as its an athlon) i cudnt install many faces or patches into fifa otherwise it would crash to desktop while loading the match. i solved it by gettin a new processor - needed one anyway.

Well, this is about the best processor that my mobo will handle. I'm not sure whether or not it has something to do with my PC, but the actual patch.

Did anyone actually get this patch to work??

No, I really don't have the $.. I am using a no-cd patch and the 1.1 update patch for this game. Could this get fixed if I run the game from the cd?

then da best way is to uninstall fifa n reinstall em...

Can I just replace a certain folder with the one from the CD? Such as "data". It would be much more convenient for me. And which folder is the one that contains the patches?

Ok I replaced zdata04 from the CD and the game is now fixed...Thank for your help guys....

I still wish I could've gotten that patch to work....:(

guys, GREAT NEWS!!!! After replacing the file with the original one, I tried installing the patch once again and now it works!!! I really recommend it!!

Just look how much better Christiano Ronaldo's face is:
