Ho do you edit licensed teamnames?

I want to change some names of licensed teams.
Normally i always used Pesfan Editor to do that but since this editor will not be released for the pcversion of pes2008 my question is how you can do it in another easy way?

Is there another editor or do you have to hexedit?
