Home Advantage in Fifa 2005?!?

Hi!

Is there or is there not a home advantage in FIFA 2005?

I would like to know about your own experiences, and I would be delighted to get some proves from someone who knows a lot about how Fifa is build.

Well.....your players arent as tired if they're playing at home. Atleast thats what i see.

I don't think home advantage is included in the game, at least I dont see any differences between playing home and away...

Playing as Leyton Orient: (Home) vs. Arsenal won 3-0

Playing as Newcastle United (Away) vs. Arsenal Draw 2-2

I don't know about gameplay, but the crowd is extremely louder at home when you score.

well duh the opposition dont play as well when they re at your home ground thats why i play really welll at home

Yes, there's definetely home advantage!
When I play(with Liverpool) against Chelsea, Man Utd or Arsenal at their homes, I hardly can get the ball and always it ends with draw.
On the other hand, at Anfield, I win against these teams every time (3-0 or 3-1).

Against smaller teams, the difference between home and away games is not so significant...

I just feel as if the 50/50 balls go my way, and that my players are up to the task when im playing at home. I like playing away though, im sick of my homeground (closed square), its the most dull stadium of them all.

I don´t think there is a advantage playing as Home or Away Team....it´s EA you know. Maybe we got Advantage in 2007/08.

I personally hate playing as Away team, it sucks so hard scoring a Goal and u hear like 10 people are screaming "EEEAAAAAAAA".
This is a point where EA has to learn something more. Like if u play in London with Chelsea vs Arsenal, it should be a 50/50 crowd.

My experience in career mode is with better results away than home so i don't see any advantage playing as home team in the game...

YOu know, I have noticed that when I play at home, I get Yellow and red cards mutch more often than if I play as the away-team..Maybe just a "cuincesidence"...

I think it would be hard to find an answer based on all our experiences... unless someone did an actual study and played 50 games at home with the same team against the same team and then 50 away...

IMO, I don't think there is any advantage... they want it to be fair above all. So when you play your buddy or online... it's even.

there's no home advantage besides the crowd which doesn't affect the gameplay unless you're easily hyped by their yelling.
Anyway I noticed for cup matches when you play away, you get an airplane icon on your fixture the day before the match. But when you play the same team in the league away, no plane, you take the bus.

forget home advantage
...after u get scored on the first goal....on that first counter attack if u use it well ure players would be playing a lot better..chances of scoring on that attack up by 99%....also if u scored...and the other teams gets anywhere close to ure goal..the first or second attack..ure goign to get scored on ........and forget ure 99 strengh player out powering anyone on their team.......fills like the game is fixed sometimes i tell you...if u play on world class...but u can use it to ure advantage also.....sometimes
