Maybe he's a free agent.. or he's in the database but not with a team. Maybe assign him a team in CM, but backup your DB.

It looks very funny and cartoonish.

@HoppyJoe ... the face is pretty good, but if you can make the head smaller, please do so.
Also can you please make the hair (and may be even beard) like Blonde blonde? His hair isn't brown in real life.
