How can I change default condition level for ML,Leagues and Cups

I didn't like PES4 gameplay speed, and I've tried to change condition levels in friendly game menu. I've changed last level for home and away teams and result ! It was very realistic gameplay speed..

And I play it on last levels everytime...
I advice :)

but only Friendly game has this condition options.

I didn't make it for ML,League and Cup and of course Training.

Can I change it ??
I want to set as default level - Last Level

Maybe on PES4.exe with Hex Editor ?

PS You must try this condition levels :) for realistic gameplay speed

realistic gameplay speed is during rainy matches for me, ball is slower (YESSS!), so shots and passes are slower (YESSS!) and it seems to be more heavier coz it's wet (YESSS!) and even players run slower (guess what ;-))
