How can I convert a kit from FIFA 2005 to 07?

I have been adding teams to my FIFA07 - some European clubs and a lot of missing national teams.

I've been finding all my kits on this board, and it's excellent. If there are only kits for FIFA06 or WC06 I am using Kit Master 627 to convert them to FIFA07.

However, in terms of some teams like Trinidad-Tobago and Costa Rica I can find no kits newer than FIFA 2005 - and these are arranged quite differently and Kit Master won't have them. How do I convert these to FIFA06 so that I can then convert them to 07? I've tried to find an older version of Kit Master (if such a thing exists) to no avail. Thanks in advance.

Then after that use kitmaster 627 to convert from 06 to 07., actually u already know that...sorry just read the thread title...not the whole paragraph til now.
