have u installed boot raptor to fifa 2003 data directory correctly??
and if yes the delete the boots directory from fifa 2003 folder and again install boot raptor but remember to backup ur boots from boots\boots-shop directory
If this doesn't helps then again explain your problem

Boots Raptor v2.0 problems
Does anyone have the same problem as i do - when trying to run the boots raptor v2 program (FIFA 2003) a message says : 'Run time error 53 - file not found' or 'run time error 76 - path not found'?
