How can I take banners at a Stadium????

Hello guys. I want to ask if somebody know what I have to do if
want to take banners in a Stadium. Because I want to take some banners in the Olympiastadium in Munich. I hope that someone of you know the answer. Then i want to know how I can take Label
carpets next to the Goal like in this Picture. I hope there is also one or more persons who can give my the answer of this question. Thanks
