How do i become a manager of big team like Arsenal or Juventus.

I have completed my first season in the Budesliga with HSV and won everthing but i have had no decent job offers.

You have to unlock the option "career teams" with 5k points in the fan shop menu.

In addition to unlocking career teams you can also keep managing until your manager prestige reaches 6 or 7 (three to four seasons, probably) at which point you'll start to see job offers from the top teams.
