how do i drop the ball with the keeper?

i've noticed on several occassions that when i am controlling the keeper i can drop the ball to my feet and run with it. but how do i do it? i've done it about 5 times but all by accident.

i've tried several button combos, but dont know which one is correct. i only seem to get it right when i randomly press the buttons

anyone know?

you can also pick the ball up after you drop it.

just press <- + SQUARE.

if it's true, it's awesome, games like WE always deliver us new minor details more when you play it long time (anyone has a video of that move? dropping and catching especially when you're winning 1-0 in last minute is nice idea hehe )

IMO that move should be included. That's a move that everyone who knows how to play decent football can do easily. Though it is rarely seen in a match.

I take it the keeper picks up loose balls that fall into the are? I mean, if he makes a save, drops the ball to his feet, and then picks it up again, I'm pretty sure that's a freekick.

One turkish player did that move against Carlos at the last world cup...
