How Do Those Form Arrows Work?

Before a tournament or carrier game you can see arrows near the players in team management. They can be up or down arrows; it's pretty obvious that they indicate the players' form. What I don't understand is why the arrows are the same for all the team (up or down for everybody; not someone with arrow up and someone with arrow down). Shouldn't they be different depending on the single player form?
Or is it just a problem with my game?

Thanks for the answer; but normally how do they look like? are they different for every player? I'm using the moddingway mod. Maybe is that? Do you know if there are some files (cmsettings?) that could affect the arrows and related form values?

Ah ok; so they don't even exist in default game

So I guess is the moddingway mod.
Anyway they don't seem to be working well

There were player attack/defend role arrows in previous versions of the game. Those are the only arrows I remember seeing.

I checked and I found out that the arrows should be there!
Ea must have made them!

While here this guy says that he has some arrows up and some down for each player

So they are there and they are working well for him (while I have the same arrows for all the players)
You should see them when managing the team before the tournament match .
But not sure if working in custom tournament (I haven't checked)

Or maybe they usually only work in carrier; while with moddingway they also work in tournaments

↑ +10% to some player attributes

↙ -5% to some player attributes

If it's at all similar to PES then this game is screwed, PES' form system has to be the worst advantage/cheat system in any sports game, ever. Most such advantage systems are bad, PES is flat out horrible.

Thanks but I was asking something different.
I must have some problems with my own game; due to some mod or else, so that ALL my players have the SAME arrow (being it up or down or left or right).
-Now questions are:
- in default game, arrows are different for any player?
- Do they work in carrer only or also in tournaments?

They've been in the game for years! Yes it is for each individual player and yes, it does give a performance (attribute) boost to the player.

Form is configurable through

gpattributemodifiers.txt

and

formsettings.ini

so that ALL my players have the SAME arrow (being it up or down or left or right).

Yes a mod is definitely doing that.

They've been in the game for years!

They were in FIFA 12 and 13, they could be viewed by cycling through the formation screen via the trigger. But I haven't seen them since EA switched to their new "sheet formation" setup. I was in tourney mode last night looking for 10 minutes for these form arrows; I have no idea how to access them and nobody will tell me how lol.

Yes, some mod probably changed that. I have checked in my career and my players have different arrows (team management menu). Uninstall mods and/or re-install the game and/or use repair game in origin.
