How do u edit the ini to unlock stadiums

just beat a club championship season, not that hard. 
i think there was a thread on this and some guy from fifakorea.net has a saved file that "unlocks" every stadium.
do a search in the forums, you can either get seoul or france, but can't use them at the same time if you modify the ini
