How do you uninstall the official EA patch from Fifa 12?

I am testing out a theory that this patch affected something that has been bothering me, so was wondering how to uninstall it without having to delete and re-install.

you cant & if you reinstall you will just redownload the patch again, the patch in fact has made defending online damn near impossible as defenders just stand there jerking off instead of doing their job.

Yeah the defenders is what is bothering me... what if I reinstall and have my anti virus block the Fifa 12 program from internet access? Or does the game come with the patch installed?

This is EXACTLY why I downloaded the game on release day, installed it, and then shut my internet access off every time I start up FIFA 12. Origin can't connect to the EA servers, therefore the patch has never been installed on my PC.

Origin is more a virus or trojan than a program, lol.

What version should fifa be on now? I also run behind a firewall to protect myself against the tyrant Origin but don't know if i am missing out on any nice fixes (my XBOX controller for windows is being strange with the LB button pausing the game)

Can i download patches, while avoiding origin?
