How i can create a patch?

hi people!

i play online a lot with a friend but we are tired because fifa rooster is outdated (i have ultimate patch8.0) i need to know how can i make a patch and send to my friend to play online.

Can you help me?

Well, you could use CreationMaster 08 and edit the teams from there, and when you're done you can save the rosters as a cmp file and send it to that friend of yours..or maybe you already know that..
