How is it better to map your gamepad

i have a Thrustmaster firestrorm wireless gamepad and i want to know how can I configure it to get a good gameplay experience ( i mean button 1 - shoot, button 2-pass ). If anyone has this gamepad or a similar model please help !

I have FireStorm Dual Power 3..:)

1 - Pass/change player
2 - Lob pass/agressive tackle
3 - Shoot/normal tackle
4 - Through pass (or something like this)
5 - Off the ball (tm)
6 - nothing
7 - Turbo
8 - Player runs

If i remember good, my configuration is like this..;)
