How is the Career Mode with an MLS team???

Has anyone tried playing Career with an MLS team? Is it still possible to qualify for the Cups like the Champ's League??

I want to start a career, but don't want to play with a team like Man U since it will be too easy. I want to play using the Chicago Fire, but I still want to have some matches with European teams like Real, and hopefully qualify for the Cups.

Ok..I just simulated all 5 years and my Fire were in Top 3 in about 4 of those years....no Champions League...no Cups.... :s***: :s***:

I am pointing at Santino, that is what is wrong. European soccer has been around for ages and has matured, yet Santino and the MLS have not yet matured.

That's because MLS teams play in the Concacaf champions cup.

No, you misinterpreted me...I meant that the career with an MLS team sucks because you cannot qualify for any types of cups or anything....You simply play 5 seasons within the league and that's it.

If you play with, say, an English 3rd division team, then you can eventually move up into the Premiership and the CL...

Playing SPANISH, ITALIAN, or England leagues are more fun to play cuz you will go to other tourney's if you come out in the top 5 of the league it's fun try it. The other leagues dont even bother.
