How many player in a squad?

I was wondering what would be the ideal number of players to have in a squad including youth, because I wanted to cut on expenses...
I have 24 players were 7 are youths and my players salary´s are a total of 48940

Well you need a minimum of 16 players really. Starting XI plus 5 subs. Then you'll need extras so you can play friendly games even if your first choice players need to rest.

I have a squad size of 35, 12 of which are youths, and only 13 are good enough for the first team. The other 10 are ex-youths. And my total wages per week are 55k GBP.

I would have reduced the number of seniors but my youths are really crappy and cannot make the starting lineup yet... so...

My payroll is 68k CAD.

I have a squad of 13 at the moment, and it works alright. I just sold one of my 3rd best striker, but hopefully i will have enough money to buy a striker of the same (or more) calibre.

So yeah i would say have 12 or more, because if one gets injured you need a backup.

I'd say at the moment 27, 11 seniors and 16 youths. Although at the moment I have 13 youths, can't get rid of a couple of the ex-youths

I have 27 players at the moment and 6 are youths. Gonna sack a few players to lower my salaries. Sack the really crap ones.

I say around 22 players including youths. It allows me to rest my good players when they need it and although the backups are not as good but they can improve.

I have a question : I see many who played with 11-13-16 players.
Are injuries a big problem for you?

25, 14 are youths though, just saving up for a few more regulars.
