How modify the badges?

Hi,
I would like to modify the badges in data\feart\flags, with the Eagraph I export the badge as gif, but when import it, the colors are unbalanced.
Which is the best method?
How I create new file . fsh with new badges?

That's because EA Graph doesn't import the palettes (well it doesn't do it well anyway). I'd suggest using either Sonique FSH if you can find it, or gfxpak.exe (STILL a very usefull utility)
