how the hell do we dribble? and sprint?

when i play the computer team dribbles past me in blistering speed.when i try to do that using 'e' or 'shift' i always get directed towards a player and get tackled.my speed is not as that of the computer's 100 km/hr speed.how can we do this?

there r alot of threads on dribbling.. and d sprinting part.. i recommend u 2 dl the feel the game patch.. now henry can sprint past any1..
