How To Change Max Players Number?

How can I change max players number for a team? Does anyone have any idea? I modified cmsettings.ini from data1.big, but no effect and the game crashes when entering manager mode. It seems like I need to modify it for the whole game, but can't find anything more in files... any ideas?

Oh no... It's not working. The game crashes when the day of the match begins while there are more than 42 players in the team (with 42 it works fine). I'm using Jenkey1002 File Loader to load the edited file. Any ideas? :(

Only "MAX_SQUAD_SIZE = 42" has to be changed, right? I have no other mods in whole game at all.

Are you sure the method was tested with over 42 players actually being there, not just "possible to be there"?

What I have:
- 43 players in the club + 5 players on loan.
- The last player who entered the team (bought him) is "very unhappy" and his form is "5" not "good" or anything it should be, it's a number... And he is not listed in "squad ranking"
- If I try to recall a loaned player, the game crashes.
- If I try to enter "formations", the same happens.
- If I try to advance to the matchday, the same happens.
- If I try to enter "player roles", the same happens.

How many team squad size you yousing?

I had tested just 5 min ago and all working fine! Team size 44/45.

It's 48. Tried to begin a new career and did the same again. Calling players back from loan was okay as long as I had less than 42 players. When I had 42 players, I bought one more and everything was wrong again.

Tried reinstalling FIFA and the same again. No more than 42 players for me, I guess.

Well, thank you for your time :) If I manage to overcome it somehow, I'll write it here.

If I'm not wrong, setting the maximum limit to higher than 44 or 45 causes the game to crash. Not immediately, but at some point during career advancement. It was a known bug in FIFA13 too
