How to Close Transfers in First Season?

Yeah I want to start with transfers in Winter and not at the start of the career mode
but actually I don't think it's possible because we can only set if transfers are avaible
or not in cmsettings.ini and after we started the career the changes will not have an
effect anymore, I think

Is there a way to set parameters of transfers? I mean something like min-max transfer for squa per year. Or something like percentages of transfers ade by every single team. it would help a lot...

Guess what guys, it works and it's so easy. Just put Transfer = 0 in cmsettings.ini and
no transfer will be made. If you want to make transfer working again just put a 1 there
again. It works with a started Career, it's amazing, now I can start with transfers in
Winter transfer periode

The only thing is that in this way you have to put on 1 everytime you do a transfer offer right? Trasfers are blcoked since you put again =1? Well this is better than see Rooney in Munich.
