I am asking some professional fifa editors... how i saw on the web many commantary languages were launched...now..my question is, how to edit the commentary??

what programs,editors are used??
and how to edit the files??
what kind of files do i have to edit??

and how difficult is it to create a commentary in a different language??

There is no Spanish commentary on FIFA ps2 version this year right? Cuz I cant find it
