how to control off the ball player on the keybord?

i guess the title was enough so how to do it on keyboard ? i don't have analog sticks gamepad

after you hit "Z" button to choose the player just hold down the shift + arrows to control the selected player.

after pressin shift u cant control ur player(on the ball) which is why OTB is restricted on the keyboard so i m probably gona get an analog gamepad
