how to convert an pes 2011 kit into fifa 12?

Im sorry for asking that cuz am new here! How to convert an pes 2011 kit template to be uploadable for fifa 12! Actually, it is possible, but you'd have to resize every single part as they are placed ina a different way, it's a pain in the ass and to me, it's not worth it

it's way better to redo the kit as regularcat says, that you can get it in a better quality

i think that front/back and shorts are possible to convert, but it's preferable to redo the kit especially if you want a top quality work

This. It was difficult even to convert a PES201x kit to the standard PES6 format (which all in all was more similar), imagine how hard would it be to convert it in the FIFA12 format (which, incidentally, is bigger so you'd also lose quality even if you "stretched" and moved parts perfectly).

RC is right, the only way to have a good kit is to re-make it in the correct format.
