how to create a realistic hair in faces?

i'm making faces a long time now, but i stil don't know how to create a realistic hair....i understand i need to change something in the hair alpha file or something...
is there any tutorial for this?

no is a toturial,use clone stamp tool,healling brush tool from ori pic to Face Texture.after that you see that the hair there is correct,cut the hair part from the Face Texture to Hair Texture and map a lot on o-edit.thats my way to work on hair...alpha hair is very difficult to explain so i wont do it.

i think deres sm othr way of making realistic hair. check out da texture of ricardo or sergio garcia (zaragoza) & then da .o file its diff from others. anybody knows how to make such hair.
