How To Create CMP Patches With FIFA13

I would like to know if it's possible create CMP patches and which one tool, because i have seen that with creation master and creation studio don't work
i hope you can help me, greetings.

I`m not sure about CMP patches. But if you download some patches from FIFA 13 Patches Forum, you `ll see how they do it, so you can do the same.
1) Export db or tables from db,
2) Export Graphics (kits, boots etc.)
3) Help (readme) file on how to install?
4) Pack all of it in a .zip file and release it.

It was possible in CM 11 and may be CM 12 but not in CM 13 I think. (not sure)
I`m assuming CMP is Creation Master format.
