I think the matter is:
when you set up (in WEditor) one new player for existing player in club team, he automatically appearance in previous player country team too

For example: you want to create your favourite club by replacing present exist. Using WEditor we choose Arsenal London and changing team name at Legia Warsaw. Going to players, we choose Henry and rename Thierry Henry for Marek Saganowski, then set up new face, boots type, abilities etc.
But we want Thierry Henry still play in France team, but probably (I don't know how it works I didn't checked) now Marek Saganowski will be French striker, isn't that?

We assume that Marek Saganowski doesn't play for Polish country team and we don't wanna set him up in there.

Could someone explain how does it work plz ?

I've the same problem. I renamed one player (which has original ukraine nationality) in Dinamo Kiev, as Sablich (actually, he is croatian) and, of course, Sablich appeared in ukraine national team
It's funny to some extent, but is there a way to change his ID to send him to croatia NT?
IN pes3 pc editor I didn't find feature to change player's nation, except for the new one.
