How to create Option Files which has a good team at start of ML?

So I was wondering that how can I make a option file which has the real team at the start of Master League? For example how Wolf did those Custom option files a while ago...If ya guys can help me I'd be pleased...;)

he used weditor, I'm sure it explains it on his site, but basically you swap the default players with those you want to be in your team.

it's possible for ps2, i've made some ml patches for the dvd version by editing the default team with kmochida's editor
