How to edit ball textures in the full version?

Does anyone know how can i edit the files ball00tex.bin and ball01tex.bin? With WE Picture Decoder i can open this files from the demo, but cant open the files from the final version. Thanks;

seems like the full version doesent have the 3 panal ball which is a big dissapointment for me :(
