How to edit national flags??

Hey how can i edit the national flags and logos? i want to change hungary's flag to the latvian one and also the badge. Which file do i need to edit?

use AFS explorer, and type in search: flag

you then should be given 3 files, and the first and third ones are the flags and logos....one has to be 22x15, the other 64x48
