How To Export Squads Updates?

Hi,
i try to export weekly updates, but i can't find the way to do that.
I saw there is a file in Documents/FIFA 14 (Squads2013XXXX...), but i don't know how to exploit it.
I searched for this, i swear, but i found nothing...

Maybe my poor english could explain...

Doesn't CM14 have an option like that?

Otherwise you can use Rinaldo's Internal Master 12 (for Fifa 12, thus you'll need at least the .xml file of the DB from Fifa 12 to open it correctly) and open the Match Day file. Mind you that the tables are a little bit different in that they have a cluster of useless lines at the end of each table, which you will have to delete with Excel or so first.

CM14 doesnt support it. Because it works direct in Database, not in the squad update.

That's right, i didn't find any tool for this with CM14.
But it works perfectly with Internal Master 12
I tried with both Fifa12 xml and Fifa14 xml. All tables seem to be good with xml Fifa 14, some tables names are missing with the 12 version.
I directly opened the Squads file.
