How to import kits in PES 4 PC?

Don't knowif this question was asked before but I couldn't find the answer
Anyway, anybody can tell me how to import kits in PES 4 please?

As it stands now, none of the existing editors (AFS Explorer, WE Graphics Studio, WE Picture Decoder...) can open the new .bin format that PES4 (PC) uses. I'm sure in time, the makers of these fine programs will be able to update them to be able to read the new format.

I can't really imagine the Konami would encrypt these files to make them uneditable. Surely they realize the benefit to their product and sales that the fan community's ability to patch and edit provides.
