How to import kits into Pro Evolution Soccer 4 PC

It's actually basic question. I was wondering what programs I need to import kits into PES4. The programs I found for either for PES3 or WE7. Do i need PES4 tool because PS3 tools dont work.
Please help.

No its not a crack i have original game, tools dont work for kits, sonud and boots are OK but i cant insert kits into AFS file
