Try it with FIFA 16 CG File Explorer.
If you have Fifa 15 then try to make a RX3 with CM15.

Then you should look for the club code and change the rx3 you made with CM15.

based on the kit id and the tournament id. the kit id is the same as the id of your team. the tournament id's are listed in the revolution mod documentation
