How to mod Fifa without destroying squadsfile?

Hi, I plan to add more teams to the game, but if I do it my squadsfile will go corrupt.
I've made lots of transfers, and ovr changes throughout the years and i can't stand the thought of reworking every single player only because i added some canadian teams.

Is there any possibility to switch squadfile into game file? I mean to apply all these changes strictly to the game. It would've helped me alot
