How to patch with cmps

I use cm10 to install cmp patch but when i instal it and save it... i'll open fifa 10 and nothing changes. So am i doing something wrong?:icon_spin:

What are you specifically patching? If it's a team, you have to add them to a league. Not so sure about players or new leagues.
