how do i put a patch with a team or league into fifa 09 i have CM09
i downloaded to seattle sounders patch it was in cmp format
pls help

First, open CM 2009 and get it ready to patch. After that, click "patch" button and "load" button. Choose "open" and select your .cmp file. Then "import the patch". It will be added to your game. Save and exit :)

You missed a lot.
After importing, you have to refresh team tab and add team to any league.
